  I joined the gym last month. I am still recovering from a knee surgery and a should injury. Leo has been very helpful with both recovery, especially my shoulder. It was still bothering me after months’ PT. He was able to address it and make significant progress within a couple of sections.
  
  All trainers are super friendly and helpful. They customize a program for you and adjust it as needed. All these are extremely helpful for me because of my knee and shoulder.
  
  Highly recommend!
