  I was visiting from an out of state studio. I was warned of the additional fee over the phone which was cool. Q was an awesome coach. Upbeat and authentic; helpful and witty. I wasn't sure how to get a cardio card, so that would have been helpful to know up front, but I survived starting on the rowers. I admired that the studios is using the "old" OTV screens - I'm not a fan of the new ones with the small font. I still don't love the bands, I was sweating wine from the day before and my core hurt for days, but the staff was friendly and Q made it a great workout!
